About the Role

Squiz is seeking a Product Enablement/Operations Lead to play a critical role in the success of our products, focusing on customer enablement, training, and documentation. This role has a unique blend of internal and external stakeholder engagement.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of compelling digital experiences for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead our product enablement strategy to drive customer success and internal team empowerment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical writers, instructional designers, and education and training specialists to create high-quality documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to identify and address knowledge gaps, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Implement best practices in product operations to streamline processes and enhance customer value.
  • Measure and report on the impact of enablement initiatives to inform data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product enablement or product operations roles within a SaaS organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a deep understanding of SaaS products and customer education best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.
