About the Role

This Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in projects related to optimizing and digitally transforming software platforms and administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and evaluation of new or varied software documentation platforms.
  • Liaise with departments to identify process gaps and recommend transformation solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive instructional guides and deliver training to both new hires and existing employees.
  • Optimize daily operations of clinical and care teams using digital transformation skills.
Minimum Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Physiotherapist (PT), or hold current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
  • Five years' experience in aged care settings and/or caring for people living with dementia.
  • Proficiency with software program management including Ideagen/ CompliSpace, Manad, LeeCare, Alyacare, MediMap, CIM, and CarePage.
  • National Police Check, VEVO right to work, Working with Vulnerable People Check.
  • Influenza vaccination and COVID-19 vaccinations.
