Production Management Role Overview:

This position involves optimizing production processes to meet project timelines and ensure materials are available as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production schedules and timelines
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet changing demands and priorities

Prior experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is required. Proficiency in using production planning software and tools is also essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the procurement of materials and components, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and communicating with suppliers and vendors. The ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities is critical.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will have opportunities to contribute to the development of production planning and scheduling processes. This includes evaluating production capacity and making recommendations for process improvements. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams is also expected.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in using production planning software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
