Language and Literacy Training Specialist

We are expanding our team to support people on their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training to engage students and maintain a student-centred approach.
- Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements.
- Broaden your knowledge and experience by working with diverse participants and delivering training in different formats.
- You are a driven, supportive and community-minded individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
- You have excellent facilitation and assessment skills within a vocational area, as well as the ability to motivate and upskill jobseekers.
- You possess a strong understanding of adult education principles and the Australian Core Skills Framework.
- A current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education, along with a Bachelor's degree with TESOL qualifications or an undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL.
- Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework is highly desirable but not essential.
