About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven individual to fill a senior position within our human resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead people and culture activities across multiple regions in NSW and SE QLD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate strategic people and culture initiatives across the MidCoast, Mid North Coast, and Northern River regions
  • Support efficient and accurate administration and procedural compliance
  • Collaborate with the HR Team to support the end-to-end employment journey of staff
