Your Role
  • You will design and implement scalable onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Audit existing materials to identify areas for improvement.
  • Select, launch, and manage a Learning Management System to facilitate employee development.

Create enablement assets such as playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides to support sales teams. Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product features into compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases ensuring content is current and accurate.
  • Promote self-service learning by making materials accessible and relevant.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define commercial workflows and processes.

Design engaging live and asynchronous learning experiences to enhance employee skills. Develop train-the-trainer programs and toolkits to support manager-led coaching initiatives.

Requirements
  • C2-level English proficiency.
  • Experience in sales or revenue enablement within B2B SaaS or hotel tech.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work independently.
