Key Software Developer Position:

This challenging role involves working on customer applications and developing new features as a skilled software developer.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical incidents by providing code fixes and data solutions
  • Develop program enhancements based on functional requirements and user stories
  • Ensure unit tests are created and executed for all code changes prior to review
  • Complete peer reviews before migrating data fixes, code changes, and enhancements
  • Identify recurrent incidents and perform root cause analysis to provide permanent solutions
  • Maintain documentation for programs, systems, and procedures
  • Meet service level agreements and exceed customer expectations
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Redis, SQL, and Remote Desktop (RDS)
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory
  • Current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 security clearance; NV2 preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is necessary. A commitment to quality, standards, and continuous improvement is expected.
