Donburi & Bento is dedicated to providing authentic Japanese cuisine, specializing in a variety of dishes including ramen, sushi, bento boxes, stir fry, udon, katsu curry, and donburi.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. The technician will work closely with the service team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following best practices for hygiene and safety.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, communicating with the service manager regarding ordering needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in automotive maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant certifications or training in automotive technology is preferred.
