Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our technical transformation strategy and roadmap. As the Head of Technical Architecture, you will be responsible for accelerating our cloud migration to 100% adoption while ensuring security, risk, and compliance.

You will lead a team of senior technical architects, providing guidance and leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will also partner with key stakeholders to provide regular updates on transformation timelines and progress.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a major transformation and position the organization for future success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall technical transformation strategy and roadmap, accelerating our cloud migration to 100% adoption without compromising security, risk, or compliance.
  • Manage a group of talented senior technical architects, providing guidance and leadership to ensure they are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with the CTO and other key stakeholders to provide clear, regular updates on transformation timelines, progress, and platform adoption.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in software engineering and/or technology architecture.
  • Proven experience in managing senior technical professionals and expertise in building & inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent influencing skills and can articulate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to dive into the details when needed and step back to provide strategic direction.
  • Extensive experience in cloud migration, with a track record of implementing architectural solutions.
  • Deep understanding of security and compliance in a cloud environment.
What Sets You Apart
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience is a significant plus.
  • Google Cloud certification.
  • Cloud migration expertise on a large scale.
