Pathology Collector Opportunity

As a pathology collector, you play a vital role in making a difference to the health of Australians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting samples (blood and non-blood) with care and attention
  • Keeping meticulous records for every patient and sample
  • Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaising with various individuals including customers, clinic staff, and couriers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in phlebotomy or certificate III in pathology collection
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with high empathy
  • Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, sometimes working independently in a solo clinic
