Senior Lecturer Opportunity
The University of Notre Dame Australia is a private Catholic institution with a strong commitment to education, research, and community engagement. We are seeking a Senior Lecturer to join our academic team as a Program Coordinator for our Tertiary Pathway Programs.
This role involves coordinating the development and review of programs in consultation with senior stakeholders, providing assistance to Year Coordinators, Academic Advisors, and Course Coordinators, and promoting a collaborative culture within the School and University.
About the Role
As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and administering the program, including liaison with Course Coordinators, Heads of School, and Teaching and Learning Committees. You will also align the program with Faculty and University policies and strategic objectives, oversee course offerings and timetabling, and promote the program accurately and effectively in University materials and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Develop and implement program strategies, manage program resources, and ensure program alignment with University policies and goals.
- Course Development: Collaborate with Course Coordinators to develop and implement courses that meet the needs of students and align with program objectives.
- Student Support: Provide support to students through advising, mentoring, and referrals to University services.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor student progress, analyze program data, and make recommendations for program improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with external stakeholders, including professional associations, employers, and alumni, to promote the program and its graduates.

Salary and Benefits
