We are seeking an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Allied Health Professional to join our team at atWork Australia - Workforce Australia. As a key member of our wellness team, you will play a vital role in supporting job seekers with complex barriers to employment.
Your expertise in psychology and counseling will enable you to conduct thorough assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and facilitate groups to help individuals achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and provide counseling interventions to support job seekers
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address barriers to employment
- Collaborate with medical professionals and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support
- Provide training and guidance to atWork staff on psychological services and procedures
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology with eligibility for registration with AHPRA
- Experience working in employment services or a related field
- Knowledge of psychology assessment and intervention strategies
