Customer Service Professional Opportunity

This is a chance to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team in Brisbane.

As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience by offering advice and information on products and services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Teller duties such as general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, withdrawals
  • Floor walking and initiating quality conversations with customers
  • Inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships
  • Daily maintenance of the ATM
  • Cash management - ATM Services, Travelex
  • Stationery orders
  • A strong focus on compliance

About Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry
  • A commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • A willingness to go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues
  • The ability to take a personalized approach with every customer interaction
  • A 'can do' attitude towards all aspects of your role
  • The ability to learn and confidently use a number of technical financial systems
