Our responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and overseeing facilities-related site visitors.
  • Inducting facilities support vendor personnel and liaising with other stakeholders as required.
  • Assisting in facility corrective and preventative maintenance and support, including planning, tracking facility issues, asset management, cleaning, and pest control.
  • Completing minor repairs and maintenance work as required.
  • Responding to facilities issues and coordinating with external support vendors for timely investigation and remediation.
  • Liaising with procurement teams to obtain quotes and raise purchase orders.
  • Maintaining the Maintenance Management System.
  • Reviewing supplier invoices and verifying charges are consistent with contract terms & conditions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a facilities support role.
  • Experience in a warehouse and/or maintenance facility.
  • Ability to take direction and demonstrate teamwork in facilities management and maintenance.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and supplier stakeholders.
  • Intermediate experience and knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and priority manage conflicting tasks.

Special Requirements

Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and ideally hold a NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Employment may be contingent on the satisfactory result of background screens.
