Our responsibilities include:
- Supervising and overseeing facilities-related site visitors.
- Inducting facilities support vendor personnel and liaising with other stakeholders as required.
- Assisting in facility corrective and preventative maintenance and support, including planning, tracking facility issues, asset management, cleaning, and pest control.
- Completing minor repairs and maintenance work as required.
- Responding to facilities issues and coordinating with external support vendors for timely investigation and remediation.
- Liaising with procurement teams to obtain quotes and raise purchase orders.
- Maintaining the Maintenance Management System.
- Reviewing supplier invoices and verifying charges are consistent with contract terms & conditions.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a facilities support role.
- Experience in a warehouse and/or maintenance facility.
- Ability to take direction and demonstrate teamwork in facilities management and maintenance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal and supplier stakeholders.
- Intermediate experience and knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and priority manage conflicting tasks.
Special Requirements
Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and ideally hold a NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Employment may be contingent on the satisfactory result of background screens.
