About the Role

As a key member of our team at Mediabrands, you will be responsible for taking ownership of client relationships and delivering exceptional client satisfaction scores. This role requires strong account management skills and the ability to connect external marketing teams with our business units.

Working closely with our Client Partner and Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to produce high-quality campaigns that drive results. Your expertise in client contract inclusions and market insights will enable you to drive innovation and service development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client management plans, working with briefs and representing Identity during planning and internal review processes.
  • Bring UM and other internal business units together to manage timelines and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Establish and lead campaign analysis and optimisation frameworks, tracking campaign results and ensuring quality control.
  • Involvement in budget and business drivers to contribute to achieving budget goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Able to bring the team together to plan, develop and organise client campaigns, leveraging your advisory skills to build diverse marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable using data to inform strategies on consumer patterns and preferences, and keen to interpret and predict current and future consumer trends for client audience groups.
  • A genuine interest in building a solid understanding of potential demand and the market for new goods and services.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
