Bid Management Specialist

This position involves leading and coordinating bid responses to deliver exceptional service that makes a real difference to communities.

  • Manage end-to-end bid processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality of outputs.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve consistent bid success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business development, operations, finance, and legal to drive innovation and process improvement.
  • Sustain a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (APMP certification a bonus).
  • 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar field.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing large or complex bids.
  • Excellent project management and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative, strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
