Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively forecast and plan project timelines in accordance with client expectations
* Ensure project deadlines are met and all materials are ordered/delivered in a timely manner
* Monitor construction execution and report delays and problems to the construction team
* Manage and review weekly and monthly progress reports
* Drive client-focused initiatives and improvements
* Provide specialist support to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

* Demonstrated knowledge of cost, commercial management, and finance principles
* Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks
* Significant planning and organizational skills
* Excellent skills across Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Excel
* Experience in SAP and/or Ariba is highly regarded
* Sound communication and collaboration skills
