Unique Venue Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and beverage-focused Venue Manager to help launch a new concept in Melbourne's cocktail scene. This is a rare opportunity to bring a globally acclaimed brand known for its award-winning drinks and exceptional service to Australia.

This role offers a generous salary of $90,000 - $105,000 + Super, a quarterly KPI Bonus of $44,000 P/A, and the chance to join Australia's fastest-growing hospitality business with opportunities on an international scale.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Venue Manager in a beverage-led venue.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
  • The ability to curate menus and motivate teams.

You'll also have the autonomy to develop and implement operational best practices, while working closely with our central support team.
