We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker. As a Personal Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients who require additional support in their daily lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including personal care, light domestic assistance, medication management, meal preparation, and social support and companionship. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a Home Care setting and hold a Certificate III in Individual or Aged Care. You must also be available to work during the week and on weekends and have a reliable vehicle. A National Police Check and NSW Driver Licence are also essential requirements.
Beyond these core qualifications, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who are able to work independently and as part of a team, and who are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.
