Product Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with our cross-functional teams to guide product development from conception to launch. You will be responsible for delivering on our company mission and product vision by translating them into an actionable product strategy and corresponding roadmap.

  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on strategic fit, potential impact, and resource availability.
  • Refine product ideas and feature requests into user problems and quantify their value based on an in-depth understanding of our customers, market, and business goals.
  • Enable customer-led and data-driven product development by gathering user feedback and usage data and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate on product design and development to ensure that released features solve real user problems.
  • Track product development and delivery to ensure features are released according to plan.
  • Support product market messaging and effectively communicate feature releases.
  • Provide information and support to enable teams to create comprehensive internal and customer-facing training materials and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a SaaS environment (min 4 years), ideally within product management.
  • Prior experience within the mining industry or digital transformation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and product management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with different company functions and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • A passion for technology and startups.
