We are seeking an experienced Transport Planning Expert to join our team in Queensland. As a key member of our transport planning discipline, you will play a crucial role in growing our business and delivering strategic transport planning projects.
You will have the autonomy to shape your workload and work on diverse projects, managing client relationships and providing support and mentoring to our team.

- Independently managing a range of projects and supporting business development, client engagement, and bid preparation
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
- Collaborating across disciplines and supporting cross-functional transport initiatives
- Representing our company at industry forums and delivering technical presentations
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in transport planning
- A degree in civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field
- Professional accreditation such as CPEng / RPEQ, Registered Planner, or equivalent
- Broad technical expertise in planning for transport systems including public and active transport networks
- Proven ability to manage projects and successfully engage clients
- Ability to support business development activities
- Consulting background preferred, but relevant strong technical expertise from any background welcome
- Experience in public transport projects is highly desirable
