About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our team in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production processes, ensuring quality and productivity targets are met, and delivering cost-effective repairs. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, they will be able to motivate and manage a team of skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth operation of the workshop, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the repair process to ensure timely and cost-effective quality repairs are carried out.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Repair Centre manager to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to set and adhere to deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
