Job Overview

A strategic identity and access management expert is sought to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative solutions. This individual will possess a profound understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management processes within complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering in-depth analysis of business requirements and developing tailored IAM solutions
  • Fostering collaborative relationships with technical stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive IAM systems
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation on IAM processes and procedures
  • Providing exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless stakeholder engagement

To excel in this role, the successful candidate will require:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with Identity & Access Management solutions in a fast-paced IT environment
  • A solid understanding of Identity as well as Access Management toolsets, with exposure to multiple vendor platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills to drive effective decision-making
  • Proven ability to work in diverse, multi-vendor environments managing various stakeholders
  • Substantial knowledge of the BFSI sector, with a keen eye for innovation and progress

Key Responsibilities

The primary objectives of this role include:

  1. Analyzing Business Requirements: Deliver in-depth analysis of business needs and develop tailored IAM solutions to meet organizational objectives.
  2. IAM System Design and Implementation: Collaborate with technical stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive IAM systems that align with business goals.
  3. Documentation and Communication: Develop and maintain detailed documentation on IAM processes and procedures, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement through exceptional communication skills.
