Job Description

As an Identity Management Expert, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) implementations for high-profile enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance MIM platforms across hybrid identity environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with hands-on expertise in MIM Sync rules, workflows, portal configurations, and integration with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, and SQL. You should have a solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, attribute mapping, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to engage with enterprise clients and translate technical concepts into actionable outcomes. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing MIM Sync Engine and Portal configurations, including complex workflows, provisioning rules, and lifecycle policies.

Additionally, you will participate in migration planning, uplift initiatives, or transition strategies involving Entra ID or modern identity platforms. You will produce clear technical documentation, operational guides, and knowledge transfer artefacts, and provide advisory and delivery support across both managed services and project-based MIM engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level support, configuration, and enhancement of MIM solutions
  • Design and implement MIM Sync Engine and Portal configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity synchronisation, flow, and access issues
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to stabilise and optimise enterprise MIM environments
  • Participate in migration planning, uplift initiatives, or transition strategies involving Entra ID or modern identity platforms
  • Produce clear technical documentation, operational guides, and knowledge transfer artefacts
  • Provide advisory and delivery support across both managed services and project-based MIM engagements
