Technical Collaboration Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Technical Collaboration Specialist to design, implement, and support Unified Communications (UC) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) platforms.

This role will play a key part in delivering cutting-edge collaboration solutions to our customers, working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior analysts and driving automation through DevOps practices.

  • Design, implement, and support UC and VoIP platforms
  • Provide technical support and escalation for managed services aligned to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing service improvement
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, disaster recovery plans, and change management records
  • Drive automation and efficiency through DevOps practices and scripting
  • Operate within an ITIL-based service management framework

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Microsoft Teams certification and hands-on experience with UC platforms
  • Solid understanding of network technologies including Cisco, Fortinet, and Riverbed
  • Experience with Cisco UC Manager, CUBE/SBC, Polycom RealPresence, and Cisco Telepresence
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and perform under pressure
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management environments
  • DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
