Aged Care Service Provider

This role is based in Stanthorpe, where you will be working within our 101 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting residents and staff. Your tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community. You must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) and have a valid Australian Work Rights. A current driver licence and First Aid and CPR Certificate are also required.
