Accounting Manager Role

This is a key position in our financial services team. We are seeking an exceptional Accounting Manager who can oversee daily accounting activity, manage expenses and investments, and maintain accurate portfolio data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flow, transactions, and deliverables
  • Prepare forecasts, variance analyses, and maintain portfolio data
  • Collaborate with the Valuation Committee on monthly valuation preparation and materials
  • Review monthly NAV to ensure supporting workpapers and information are available
  • Assist with annual audit oversight and work closely with fund administrators
  • Mentor junior fund accounting team members
  • Develop internal dashboards and investor reporting
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in public audit for financial services clients or private accounting
  • CPA certification highly preferred
  • Experience managing staff preferred
