The Role
  • We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team.
  • In this role, you will play a critical part in defining and executing our digital communications strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and foster community across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy plan across all digital channels.
  2. Create, curate and manage content across various social media platforms in partnership with creative teams.
  3. Execute performance marketing plans, implementing best practice and optimising performance based on data in partnership with digital agencies and regional leads.
  4. Support website digital experience including ecommerce campaigns, creative planning and SEO in partnership with Heads of eCommerce.
  5. Manage email content planning and execution, including creative briefing alongside marketing leads.
  6. Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  7. Partner with global stakeholders for ideation, campaign planning, and channel management.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to capture stories, updates, and campaign moments.
  9. Manage and monitor our social media accounts.
  10. Track performance across channels using analytics tools and report on engagement and its impact on business goals.
  11. Identify opportunities to enhance content workflows, focusing on optimising processes related to content management, scheduling, and overall efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in social media management within an internal marketing department or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with lifestyle, design or luxury brands.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling, publishing and analytics tools.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Meta and YouTube; Pinterest.
  • An eye for design and attention to detail; ability to work closely with creative teams and global teams.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation strategies.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
