Job Overview

We are seeking a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to execute the Wholesale Sales Strategy and ensure profitability nationwide.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in seasonal sales, GP plans, and forecasting, as well as reviewing and preparing end-of-season summaries for product, buying, and marketing decisions.

In addition, they will provide analytical support to the Wholesale tribe, maintain internal systems, and ensure smooth distribution and logistics for the global wholesale area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a similar wholesale role, preferably in fashion. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite (ERP) and JOOR (Ordering System).

They will also possess an analytical mind, keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in seasonal sales, GP plans, and forecasting.
  • Action ROI analysis for Pop Up or tradeshow activations.
  • Review and prepare end-of-season summaries for product, buying, and marketing decisions.
  • Provide analytical support to the Wholesale tribe.
  • Maintain internal systems and data entry.
  • Ensure smooth distribution and logistics for the global wholesale area.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar wholesale role.
  • Background in fashion desirable but not essential.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite (ERP) and JOOR (Ordering System).
  • Analytical mind, keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
