Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist in Regional NSWWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in servicing regional clients on a FIFO or DIDO basis.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans for clients.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation.
  • Empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA).
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service and a willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
  • Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
