Contractor Rehabilitation Consultants
to deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation services across workers' compensation, CTP, and government-funded programs in the following regions.
Regions
Newcastle
Coffs Harbour
Port Macquarie
Lismore
Dubbo
Responsibilities
Conduct functional and vocational assessments
Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans
Provide counselling and support for physical and psychological injuries
Liaise with employers, insurers, and health professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or a related field
Relevant professional registration with APHRA or ESSA
Significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation with a proven track record as a contractor
Strong communication and case management skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
Full driver's licence and own vehicle
