Job Title: Online Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity that offers an immediate start. The role comes with unlimited earning potential, including a base salary and uncapped commissions.

As an Online Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of a team that helps customers take the final steps towards owning their dream vehicles. With over 50% of our business conducted over the phone, we are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking charge of confirmed deposits and guiding customers through the final stages of their purchase.
  • Maintaining consistent and detailed follow-up and communication with customers to ensure they feel informed, reassured, and excited about their new vehicle throughout the process.
  • Keeping meticulous records of customer interactions, feedback, and next steps to continuously refine your approach and optimise service.
  • Adapting to and mastering various systems, including CRM, DMS, and Microsoft Suite products, to manage leads and customer data efficiently.
  • Staying exceptionally organised and composed under pressure to ensure every transaction runs smoothly, even in a high-volume environment.
  • Exceeding customer expectations with exceptional service and delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, experience in customer service or sales, and a strong understanding of the car-buying process. Additionally, you should be proactive, have problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt quickly to new software and tools.

  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a talent for engaging and guiding customers through key decisions.
  • A strong understanding of the car-buying process and an eagerness to introduce post-sale add-ons.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems and close sales effectively, providing expert guidance without pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to create a smooth, confident, and professional experience for every customer.
  • A high level of proficiency with IT systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools, including CRM, DMS, and Microsoft Suite products.
  • A passion for cars, combined with the ability to work independently while being part of a dynamic, high-performing team.
