Job Title

Sales Associate is responsible for managing stock inventory and ensuring that sales operations are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete weekly cycle counts to verify the accuracy of stock levels.
  • Undertake coaching sessions with sales staff to maintain brand standards.
  • Collaborate with store management and logistics team to plan and execute stocktakes.
  • Process stock transfers and consolidations.
  • Receive and inspect all incoming stock deliveries and transfers.
  • Verify that all stock items are stored, labelled and tagged appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail stock role with autonomy to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient with self-motivation.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
