Senior Retail Store Manager

This role will be responsible for delivering commercial targets and key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will create a seamless customer experience, focusing on driving sales and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a customer-centric culture creating an engaging in-store experience
- Ensure the team has a clear understanding of business objectives with a focus on commercial acumen
- Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership training and development
- Work collaboratively with other Senior Retail Store Managers and Cluster Leaders
- A passion for retail exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail environments or similar businesses
- Ability to manage budgets interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Experience managing the performance productivity training and development of large teams
