Mining Event Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team as a Mining Event Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining industry, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, and create and present compelling sponsorship packages to potential clients.
  • Event Management: Work closely with the event management team to ensure the success of our mining events, including developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sponsor expectations, and providing on-site support during events.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the mining industry, attend industry events and conferences, and network with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the related industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and willingness to travel as needed.
