About Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pastry chef to lead our high-volume kitchen, ensuring the highest quality dishes served daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily production for various outlets, including events and in-room dining operations.
  • Leadership and guidance of a talented team, promoting a culture of high trust, strong engagement, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of senior pastry experience, including leadership responsibilities within a high-quality hotel operation.
  • Passion for elevating your craft with technical skills and knowledge of the latest trends in pastry arts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, stock management, quality control, and ordering processes.
