About the Opportunity

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, identify solutions, and implement the best approach to meet their requirements effectively.

  • Manage client support cases through our system, prioritising requests to deliver high-quality service and outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and service requests.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and system capabilities, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to resolve client cases to the highest standard.
  • Support clients to simplify, optimise, and modernise their business applications, leading to better business outcomes every day.
  • Continuously develop your skills through team mentoring, cross-training opportunities, and hands-on experience across various industries and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • You have 2+ years' experience in delivering high-quality services to clients, specifically in technology consulting.
  • You have experience in designing and implementing business systems, particularly in TechnologyOne CiA and/or Ci versions from at least 2023 to current.
  • You have knowledge of documenting functional specifications.
  • You have experience in analysing customer's requirements, understanding their needs, and advising them on how best to leverage their software investment.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients.
