Enterprise Testing Manager

A key leadership role exists for an Enterprise Testing Manager to establish and manage robust testing best practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide best practices and standards for testing, ensuring alignment with strategic test strategy and business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and refine the testing strategy for delivery pillars and functions, driving testing initiatives forward and ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-level test plans and schedules for multiple projects, overseeing testing activities across various delivery teams and programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for testing activities at an enterprise level, demonstrating gravitas with business leaders, vendors, and partners.
  • Establish and manage offshore testing teams (as required), ensuring effective collaboration and quality control between onshore and offshore resources.
  • Lead and mentor teams of test managers and engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure successful execution of program testing activities.
  • Develop technical testing capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Manage the end-to-end testing process including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, identifying and mitigating risks associated with testing.
  • Proactively resolve test-related issues minimising impact on the production environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in program testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, leveraging this knowledge to enhance testing practices and capabilities.
