Job Title: Data Testing Strategist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Testing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our data testing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust data testing strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling BIG Data and cloud migration projects, with expertise in data migration testing and ETL testing techniques. You will also have hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing. You will also be responsible for managing test scenarios and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating for the same.

Additionally, you will have prior experience with Data testing tools like Informatica, and proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP. A strong capability in devising and implementing data testing strategies and solutions is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data testing solutions, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about data testing, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust data testing strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs
  • Manage and handle application releases in the data program area
  • Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination
  • Involve and provide effort estimations, staffing plans, and resource requirements with different project teams
  • Gather data testing compliance requirements and translate them into actionable data testing approaches
Required Skills and Qualifications
