Emergency Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Improvement Advisor to join our team and contribute to the development of a collaborative project aimed at improving timeliness in emergency care across the Victorian health system.
The successful candidate will bring technical expertise in improvement science and have a strong track record of contributing to the development of foundational materials, teaching, coaching, and facilitating shared learning among participating teams.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of the Collaborative measurement strategy and advise on sound construction of the theory of change.
- Teach, coach, and support participating teams.
- Facilitate shared learning among participating teams throughout the Collaborative and harvest successes for broader dissemination and spread.
- Utilise improvement measurement principles to monitor and report Collaborative progress utilising a platform that supports data sharing, reporting on progress, dissemination of learning and assess.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
