We are currently seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Restoration Specialist to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests
  • Managing customer expectations regarding repair costs and timelines
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and finalizing agreements with customers
  • Coordinating and scheduling workflow to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition using various techniques such as dent removal, panel replacement, rust treatment, scratch repair, and paintwork
  • Operating recovery vehicles as needed
  • Maintaining expertise in the use of specialist tools and machinery, e.g., hydraulic equipment and pneumatic saws

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Panel Beater or equivalent
  • Proven skills in body repair kits, spray painting, and welding equipment, as well as experience with hydraulic lifters and pneumatic saws
  • Ability to provide evidence of work history
  • Excellent English communication skills

This is a full-time role with an hourly rate range of $32.00-$38.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience.
