As a Hospitality Professional, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front desk, including greeting and registering owners and guests, providing local area information, and completing department-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests
  • Provide information on local area attractions
  • Complete all department-related paperwork
  • Use communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS) is advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
