Lead Theatre Nursing Team

The theatre nursing team provides surgical services 24/7 in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and support to ensure that all aspects of patient care are met.

Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction are crucial tasks for this position. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve these goals.

We require someone with experience in leading teams, particularly in operating theatres. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve excellence.
