Sales Manager Position

Establish a successful sales career in the dental technology sector, driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of the entire dental equipment sales process across a market-leading portfolio. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage budgets, and lead national dental sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans, achieving sales results in line with strategic objectives.
  • Hold accountability for sales performance, while implementing sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and manage national dental sales teams, fostering collaboration and driving growth.
  • Analyse market trends, sales results, competitor activity, and promotional initiatives to drive business success.
  • Support forecasting, database segmentation, exhibitions, and trade show activities to maximise market impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a sales management role, with proven success in meeting and exceeding team sales targets.
  • Dental sector experience is highly preferred, but Medical Device sales leadership will also be considered.
  • Natural leadership skills with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
