Job Opportunity Overview

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive revenue and manage budgets across a market-leading portfolio of dental equipment in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end equipment sales process, achieving sales results aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Hold accountability for budget performance while implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage a national dental sales team, comprising direct and indirect reports.
  • Analyse market trends, sales results, competitor activity, and promotional initiatives to drive growth.
  • Support forecasting, database segmentation, exhibitions, and trade show activities to maximise market impact.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a sales management role, with proven success in meeting and exceeding team sales targets.
  • Dental sector experience is highly preferred, but medical device sales leadership will also be considered.
  • Natural leadership skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
