Job Title

We are a leading provider of contract administration services with over 35 years of experience in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial management of large subcontracts and self-performed works, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, manage subcontractor engagement, and ensure packages are scoped and delivered efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staff, while actively managing cost forecasting, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain strong subcontractor relationships and market awareness to drive value and effective contract negotiation.
  • Support head contract administration and reporting, including managing variations, claims, dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with internal systems.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry.
  • Experience in all stages of subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion, and close out.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current C-Class Driver's Licence.
