Your Role:

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee the kitchen operation, including food preparation and quality, maintenance, and inventory functions to meet hotel quality standards and revenue goals while controlling costs.

You will also manage daily kitchen activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.

Requirements:

We seek enthusiastic and professional team players who know how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations.

Ideally you will have:

  • A degree or certificate in culinary arts and at least 2 years of experience as a chef, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity
  • Equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience
  • Up-to-date food safety certification
