Administrative Support Role

This part-time role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and contributing to a seamless client experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors with a smile, maintaining office spaces to a high standard, and liaising with stakeholders.

  • Seamlessly answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a smile, ensuring every interaction is met with excellence.
  • Keep address logs, spreadsheets updated and handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth team operations.
  • Maintain office spaces to a high standard, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, prepare client documentation, and respond to client queries.
  • Apply your systems know-how by getting up to speed with our software.
  • Coordinate appointments and prepare meeting materials.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude.

The ideal candidate will have efficient task coordination, high attention to detail, and time management skills. They should also be a strong team player with the ability to foster positive relationships and have confidence in learning and using various software systems.
