About the Opportunity

The Part-Time Administrator will be an integral part of the team, supporting consultants in Perth and other offices. The role involves managing invoicing and various administrative duties, supporting consultants with diary management and travel bookings, updating systems with information, coordinating courier services, maintaining electronic filing systems, and taking minutes at staff meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and task-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable communicating via Teams and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and expertise in working with SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
