What role will you play?

As a Product Director in Home Lending, you will manage the home loan portfolio, lead a team in managing the back-book to ensure the product functions in line with expectations and meets customer, regulatory, and shareholder needs. This includes overseeing controls, product features, and regulatory compliance while managing risks across the end-to-end value chain. You will proactively address issues, controls, and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution, and oversee legacy product arrangements, driving simplification and risk management.

You will collaborate with teams to strengthen Financial Assistance and Collections capabilities to ensure optimal customer outcomes and regulatory compliance. You will handle complex lending scenarios from complaints, vulnerable clients, and collections. A key focus will be improving data quality and governance to meet internal and external needs. You will also execute core product operations functions, respond to queries, manage vendors, implement rate changes, and provide expertise to stakeholders.
